Procedure of the test

Step 1: Product shipment

As soon as you have booked with us, we will immediately send you an e-mail with the address to which you should send your products. Please make sure that the package is well packed to avoid damage during transportation.

If required, please also provide any relevant instructions, manuals or materials needed to perform the tests correctly and effectively.

Make sure that the parcel is sufficiently franked. 

Step 2: Product test

In the second step, we carry out a product test according to our predefined scheme. This structured test process enables us to carry out a systematic and comparable evaluation. We use a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to make a comprehensive assessment.

Step 3: Report and test seal

In the third step, we prepare a detailed report on the results of the product test and award a test seal if the evaluation is successful. Our report includes a summary of your product's test results as well as detailed information on the individual test criteria. We present the positive aspects and strengths of your product that were identified during the test, as well as potential areas for improvement.

The test seal is valid for an unlimited period after a one-off product test. The test seal issued may be used indefinitely during an existing subscription for the respective country category. A subscription upgrade for additional countries is possible at any time.

The test seal has a major influence on the click rate and the associated sales of the product.

Experience shows that the purchase decision is made within 4-6 seconds.

It is therefore advisable to place the Trusted Heroes test seal on cover images and/or product images and in EBC/A+ content. 

The test seal can also be printed on product packaging and other advertising media such as flyers.

Upon receipt of the product, our heroes begin testing immediately. You will receive your test seal within a week.

One license per product is sufficient for all online marketplaces.

However, it is important to ensure that you choose the right license package. We offer licenses with national, Europe-wide or worldwide coverage. 

Starting with the package for the Europe-wide license, you will also receive the seal in English.
